Belle Haven Co. Refund & Return Policy

At Belle Haven Co., we take pride in creating high-quality embroidered apparel and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and have all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom-embroidered apparel is non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if there is an issue with your custom order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Customer-Supplied Items Disclaimer

Belle Haven Co. is not responsible for damage to items provided by customers for embroidery. While every effort is made to ensure quality workmanship, embroidery involves needles, tension, and machinery that may cause unforeseen damage. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing garments directly through us, as we are able to replace items we supply if an issue occurs.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a new item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new one.

Belle Haven Co. specializes exclusively in embroidered apparel and personalized embroidery products. We do not sell maternity sets or clothing sets from Belle Haven Clothing.

Due to the similarity in our business names, we have received numerous emails from customers who purchased from Belle Haven Clothing but mistakenly contacted us regarding their orders, refunds, returns, or shipping.

Please carefully verify the business name, website, and email address associated with your purchase before contacting us.

Effective immediately, Belle Haven Co. will not be responding to emails regarding purchases made from Belle Haven Clothing or any other business. If you purchased maternity sets or other products from Belle Haven Clothing, you will need to contact that company directly regarding your order, return, refund, or shipping concerns.
