At Belle Haven Co., we take pride in creating high-quality embroidered apparel and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and have all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom-embroidered apparel is non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if there is an issue with your custom order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a new item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the new one.
