At Belle Haven Co., we carefully craft each embroidered piece with love and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below for estimated processing and delivery times.

Processing Time

  • All orders are handmade and require 5-7 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity. We will provide an estimated timeframe upon order confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • Belle Haven Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24-48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
